Get to know our Emcee, John Quiñones!
John Quiñones is a veteran ABC News correspondent and longtime host of “What Would You Do?” Over his 40-year career, he has reported for “20/20", “Nightline”, and “Good Morning America”, covering major stories from Central America’s civil wars to the Uvalde school shooting. His investigative work on issues like the Vanessa Guillen case and immigration has prompted national conversations and policy change.
A eight-time Emmy Award winner, Quiñones has received numerous honors including the MALDEF Lifetime Achievement Award, the RTDNA John F. Hogan Award, and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ President’s Award for Journalism Excellence. A San Antonio native, he holds degrees from St. Mary’s University and Columbia University’s School of Journalism.

Get to know our Honoree, Julie Seguin!
Julie Seguin answered the call to serve as the first Director of Hope for the Future in 2008, helping launch the program and raising over $3.4 million for Catholic school scholarships. She later led the Archdiocese’s “On the Way – ¡Ándale!” Campaign, which raised $65 million, and now helps guide the $30.3 million Capital Campaign for the new St. Peter Catholic School in Boerne. A proud Texas A&M graduate and longtime Holy Trinity Parish member, Julie and her late husband, Deacon David Seguin, raised two daughters who continue their legacy of faith. Today, she cherishes time with her five grandchildren and continues to live out her calling to serve with love and gratitude.
